1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Sultanahmet Restaurants, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Site.

2. Description of Service

Sultanahmet Restaurants is a digital restaurant guide providing restaurant listings with Google ratings, location-based discovery, business registration tools, user reviews, and premium listing plans.

3. User Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to maintain account security. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Business Listings

If you register a business, you represent that you are the owner or authorized representative, all information is accurate, and you have the right to list the business. Premium listings are available at rates displayed on our Add Your Business page.

5. User Content

By submitting reviews, ratings, or photos, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display such content. Content must not contain false information, hate speech, spam, or violate any laws. We reserve the right to remove violating content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sultanahmet Restaurants and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

7. Google Data

Restaurant data from Google Places API is subject to Google Maps Platform Terms of Service. Ratings displayed are for informational purposes and may not reflect real-time data.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, scrape data without permission, interfere with Site performance, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate others, or post fake reviews.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "AS IS" without warranties regarding accuracy of listings, availability, quality of listed restaurants, or accuracy of ratings. We do not endorse any particular restaurant.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sultanahmet Restaurants shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Istanbul courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
