I recently came for a drink and a little apero with a friend and everything was good. The staff was very friendly and professional, the terrace is great, the view is beautiful and the drinks&food were ok for the price (a bit pricey but as you might expect).

We recently visited this place, and at first, everything seemed perfect. The spacious terrace with a stunning panoramic view was truly impressive — exactly the kind of setting you’d want to remember and share with friends.nnUnfortunately, that’s where the positives ended.nnWe ordered a dish that was supposed to include both a cheese platter and meat. What we received was only cheese. On top of that, we were told it would take 25–30 minutes to prepare. For a platter? That already felt like a joke.nnWhen I asked why there was no meat, the staff apologized, saying something like “we’re uneven now” — probably meaning they made a mistake. They took the plate away and returned about 20 minutes later with a few pieces of meat added.nnBut by then, the damage was done. It’s disheartening to experience this kind of treatment in a restaurant attached to a hotel that aims for a high standard. It felt like a typical case of how tourists are sometimes treated — as if we can’t read menus, won’t notice what’s missing, or can’t understand the language.nnBut it’s 2025 — every tourist has a translator on their phone.nnI left feeling disappointed and frustrated. A beautiful view is nice, but it doesn’t make up for poor service.

Don’t bother. Unwelcoming- first thing we’re told is when they are closing (which meant we still had an hour - way to lead an intro to your establishment). Didn’t want to serve us a hot coffee because they decided to clean the machines early?! We just walked off- NOT Four seasons standards
