The service is very slow and unprofessional; they don't even bother to take orders properly, and then they bring what they've taken late, keeping customers waiting. It's a nice place, but this service and lack of attention makes me dislike it.

Don't go to Ahsen for fortune telling… It's the worst place you'll ever see. I spoke with Mr. Murat and told him I'd come based on his recommendation, and he said okay, come, I'll arrange it. Then he had me read by a woman named Ahsen, who was cleaning the kitchen. She was drawing cards 5-10 seconds too fast, reciting irrelevant, memorized things. At one point she sat down and gossiped, looked around, and watched the kitchen. I'd rather have my next-door neighbor read my fortune than that. I was completely scammed. I spoke with Mr. Murat and he said he'd make amends. Then I said I'd come with a friend today, but I haven't received a single reply to my message. You tricked me and left me with nothing. (I gave full marks to all comments so my review would appear at the top.)
