Our stay at this supposed five-star hotel in Istanbul was disappointing on every level. From the very first moment, it became clear that the cleanliness standards were far below what anyone would expect from a hotel of this category. The room was not properly cleaned, there were visible signs of dirt on surfaces, and the bathroom was in poor condition, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable.nnEven more disappointing, however, was the behavior of the staff. Instead of professionalism and courtesy, we were met with rudeness, indifference, and at times an almost hostile attitude. In particular, the behavior of the woman working the night shift was completely unacceptable. Not only was she extremely rude, but her attitude was also clearly offensive and disrespectful towards us, which made the situation even worse.nnRequests we made were either ignored or handled with visible annoyance, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to offer luxury service.nnOverall, our experience did not match in any way the image and promises of a five-star hotel. The lack of cleanliness and the unprofessional – and in some cases offensive – behavior of the staff make this place one we would definitely not recommend, and we certainly would not choose to stay here again.

The location is the only good thing about Ramada Hotel.nnHotel is made as 5 ⭐️ stars but it looks like 2 ⭐️⭐️….nnService is 0. I asked to bring me water in the room many times without result and then had to go down to reception 2 times and ask again and again!nnThe room is sooooo sooooo small and time there id absolutely no space for 2 people! Very loud and there is no soundproofing at all…. Beds are small and the bedsheets are made of polyester but not cotton so it makes my sleeping more uncomfortable. 🥴 And furniture is old and very used. No tissues in the room and no mini bar. Only 1 bottle of water (for 2 people in the room)!nnBreakfast is very poor and I expected much better Turkish style breakfast but it was just cheese, eggs, over oily bread, nutella and 3 desserts which are made of sugar and honey only and tastes horribly sweet like I am eating spoons of sugar directly.nnThe pictures provided on Google Maps and Booking were made maybe when the hotel was just opened but now it is not matching and I don’t believe the pictures provided by the hotel it has hugeeee difference with what is really here!!! I am searching for better hotel and leaving immediately.
