We went for dinner and they only had two people in the kitchen; the service was very slow. The quality-to-price ratio was worse than most places, and the food wasn't great. The beef tender, which is what's in the photo, took maybe 40 minutes to arrive, and it arrived at a different time than the rest of the meal.

They didn't have chicken (half the dishes include chicken). They don't serve pizza in the evening. The restaurant was empty, and it took 50 minutes for the food to arrive. They explained that they go table by table; I don't even want to imagine what happens if the restaurant gets full. The service is terrible compared to other restaurants I've visited in Istanbul. I absolutely do not recommend it.

We came to have dinner. They required nearly one hour to serve us. Everyone was desperate and couldn't understand it. During dinner time they have only two people in the kitchen while we were around 6 tables and 20 persons. There wasn't any pizzas, any chicken related dishes. An absolut nightmare. Probably at lunch time would it be a little better, but trying to have dinner here is basically impossible.

Unfortunately, the restaurant and the hotel are not interested in new guests, in money as well. According to economical situation in Turkiye it sounds unbelievable.nRestaurant doesn't have Wi-Fi internet for guests. Only at the first visit you can use free Wi-Fi. At the second visit and next visits the guest doesn't have possibility to get access to the internet. That's awful... 21th Century, agree? Restaurant and reception don't want to help with this. Reception answers quite rude...nSo, not any euro to this company. Please think about high-level business or you will lost totally all the guests. It's easy to calculate and understand.
