Beautiful hotel in a very central location, but the hammam and sauna were out of order, which is what I booked the hotel for!nnThe rooms facing the street are noisy... I asked to change floors, no problem, the staff were very accommodating.

had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel in Istanbul! The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of the Old Town where all the shopping, restaurants, and vibrant city life come together. Everything you could possibly need is just steps away. The area is incredibly safe, and I loved that many of the stores are open 24 hours, making it easy to explore and shop whenever you like. Plus, you truly get some of the best prices on merchandise here.nnThe hotel itself exceeded all expectations. I stayed in the executive suite with a balcony, and the view was simply breathtaking — a stunning panorama of both the city skyline and the ocean. Waking up to that view each morning was unforgettable.nnThe staff were outstanding — professional, friendly, trustworthy, and always ready to help. They made me feel completely comfortable and welcomed throughout my stay.nnThis is by far one of the best places to stay in the city. I will definitely be coming back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting!
