Excellent location with nice views of the Bosphorus river, we stayed in the suites/residences and these were very large with every amenity you could think of. Staff remembers know you by name and really care about your comfort. We felt especially welcomed by the lady of the Guest Services team and our waiter Mert during breakfast time. We found the location to be easy enough to explore Istanbul, yet calm enough to have a peaceful sleep. There’s a handful of supermarkets and pharmacies nearby which is always comfortable. In general, we had a surprisingly delightful stay and would stay again at this hotel next time we’re in Istanbul. Only point of critique would be the food at the rooftop restaurant, we found this to be just okay but not at all in harmony with the top tier prices being asked. This can and should be improved. However, the breakfast provided at this hotel is world class and superior to the food offered at the rooftop restaurant in every way.
