Salmon pastrami was my favorite. Topik, uykuluk (lamb's sweetbreads), and sole were very delicious. So was the anchovy. The lakerda (cured fish) was too salty. We didn't particularly like the sea fennel. We would have preferred the fava beans to be without onions or for the onions to be brought separately.nThe music choices were also good. It didn't hinder conversation.nWe were also satisfied with the service.nHowever, it would be great if the waiters were a little more careful about physical contact with customers.

Chaque année, nous revenons dans ce restaurant — et même deux fois par an. C’est devenu une tradition pour nous. Ici, on retrouve ce qui fait la vraie cuisine turque : des produits simples, des saveurs authentiques et une générosité incroyable dans l’assiette. Tout est toujours délicieux.nnEt bien sûr, impossible de ne pas mentionner Nevzat, véritable figure emblématique du lieu. Son accueil, sa gentillesse et son énergie font partie intégrante de l’expérience. On vient pour la cuisine… mais on revient aussi pour lui.nnMerci pour ces moments, et à très bientôt.
